Disposition: Friendly, thinks several steps ahead, always optimistic.

History: The leader of the Cloud Eagles, Hsiao started the group with his fellow martial art friends.  The team?s initial purpose was to work together in understanding their new abilities.  After word started to leak of a group of chi-ters had formed, other factions started to rise.  The CE have expanded their purpose to protecting their neighborhood from crime, new gangs, and helping new chi-ters come to terms with their new abilities.  The dojo and operations of the Cloud Eagles are funded through him.  Hsiao will always give someone the benefit of a doubt.  He is currently dating fellow teammate, Forbidden Fruit.  He does worry if one day the history of his past will cause turmoil among his friends and will they understand.
